Confirmation of Distribution Agreement. Other than as expressly modified pursuant to this Amendment, all provisions of the Distribution Agreement remain unmodified and in full force and effect. The provisions of Article X of the Distribution Agreement shall apply to this Amendment mutatis mutandis.
