Common use of Confirmation of Guarantee Obligations Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Guarantee Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, each Guarantor confirms for the benefit of the Finance Parties that all Guarantee Obligations owed by it under the Amended Facilities Agreement shall (a) remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the amendments referred to in clause 0 (Restatement of the Original Facilities Agreement) and (b) extend to any new obligations assumed by any Obligor under the Finance Documents as a result of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, under the Amended Facilities Agreement).

Confirmation of Guarantee Obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, each Guarantor confirms for the benefit of the Finance Parties that all Guarantee Obligations owed by it under the Amended Facilities Facility Agreement shall (a) remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the amendments referred to in clause 0 Clause 4 (Restatement of the Original Facilities Facility Agreement) and (b) extend to any new obligations assumed by any Obligor under the Finance Documents as a result of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, under the Amended Facilities Facility Agreement)) subject, in each case, to the limitations set forth in Clause 18.11 (Guarantee Limitations) of the Amended Facility Agreement.
