Common use of Confirmation of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Indenture. The Indenture, as heretofore supplemented and amended by this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Confirmation of Indenture. The Indenture, as heretofore supplemented and amended by this Twelfth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this Twelfth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

The Indenture, as heretofore supplemented and amended by this Twelfth Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this Twelfth Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

The Indenture, as heretofore modified, supplemented and amended superseded by this Twelfth Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, Indenture and this Twelfth Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. (References herein to the Indenture shall be deemed to be to the Indenture, as modified, supplemented and superseded by this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture).

The Indenture, as heretofore supplemented and amended and as further supplemented and amended by this Twelfth Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this Twelfth Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
