Common use of Confirmation of Indenture Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Indenture. The Indenture, as heretofore supplemented and amended by this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

Confirmation of Indenture. The Indenture, as heretofore supplemented and amended by this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

The Indenture, as heretofore modified, supplemented and amended superseded by this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Indenture, Indenture and this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument. (References herein to the Indenture shall be deemed to be to the Indenture, as modified, supplemented and superseded by this Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture).
