Confirmation of Initial Delivery Date. Seller shall give Buyer Notice of the expected occurrence of the Initial Delivery Date no later than ninety (90) days prior to the Initial Delivery Date. Once each of the Conditions Precedent to the Initial Delivery Date has been satisfied, the Parties will execute and exchange the “Initial Delivery Date Confirmation Letter” attached as Appendix IV, effective as of the Initial Delivery Date.
