Confirmation of Investment. Each time when a Party has made its investment to the capital of the J-VC, an accountant registered in China and appointed by the Board of Directors shall verify the contribution and issue a contribution verification report within 60 days after the receipt of the contribution. Within 30 days after the receipt of the verification report, the JVC shall issue an investment certificate in accordance with regulations governing joint venture enterprises. The investment certificate shall be signed by the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
