Common use of Confirmation of Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Loan Documents. 9.1 Each Loan Party, by its execution and delivery of this Agreement, irrevocably and unconditionally ratifies and confirms in favor of the Agent that it consents to the terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement as it has been amended by this Agreement and that notwithstanding this Agreement, each Loan Document to which such Loan Party is a party shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms, as it has been amended by this Agreement, and is and shall continue to be applicable to all of the Obligations.
