Common use of Confirmation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Payment. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders will, upon request after payment of the Secured Obligations which are the subject of this Guaranty and termination of the Commitments relating thereto, confirm to the Borrower, the Guarantors or any other Person that such indebtedness and obligations have been paid and the Commitments relating thereto terminated, subject to the provisions of Section 10.2. At such time as the Secured Obligations which are the subject of this Guaranty have been paid in full and the Commitments have been terminated, this Guaranty and all obligations of the Guarantors hereunder shall terminate and be of no further force and effect, all without delivery of any instrument or performance of any act by any Person.

At such time as the Secured Credit Party Obligations which are the subject of this Guaranty have been paid in full and the Commitments have been terminated, this Guaranty and all obligations of the Guarantors hereunder shall terminate and be of no further force and effect, all without delivery of any instrument or performance of any act by any Person.
