Common use of Confirmation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Payment. The Agents and the Lenders will, upon request after payment of the indebtedness and obligations which are the subject of this Guaranty and termination of the Commitments relating thereto, confirm to the Canadian Borrower, the Guarantors or any other Person that such indebtedness and obligations have been paid and the Commitments relating thereto terminated, subject to the provisions of Section 11.2.

Confirmation of Payment. The Agents Agent and the Lenders will, upon request after payment of the indebtedness and obligations which Canadian Obligations that are the subject of this Canadian Guaranty and termination of the Commitments relating thereto, confirm to the Canadian BorrowerBorrowers, the Canadian Guarantors or any other Person that such indebtedness and obligations Canadian Obligations have been paid and the Commitments relating thereto terminated, subject to the provisions of Section 11.215.2.

Confirmation of Payment. The Agents Administrative Agent and the Lenders will, upon request after payment of the indebtedness and obligations which are the subject of this Guaranty and termination of the Commitments relating thereto, confirm to the Canadian Borrower, the Canadian Guarantors or any other Person that such indebtedness and obligations have been paid and the Commitments relating thereto terminated, subject to the provisions of Section 11.212.2.

Confirmation of Payment. The Agents and the Lenders will, upon request after the complete payment of the indebtedness and obligations which are the subject of this Guaranty and termination of the Commitments relating thereto, confirm to the Canadian BorrowerBorrowers, the Canadian Guarantors or any other Person that such indebtedness and obligations have been paid and the Commitments relating thereto terminated, subject to the provisions of Section 11.27A.2.
