Confirmation of Product Quantities. The quantities of PRODUCT that will actually be benefited in the PROJECT and presented for transportation under this CONTRACT, each PERIOD, will be confirmed by PDB to HERMASA at least one year in advance of the date foreseen for COMMERCIAL OPERATION START-UP (“INITIAL CONFIRMATION”). For clarity purposes the totality of the PRODUCT benefited in the PROJECT will be transported by XXXXXXX, except as provided in Clauses 1.1.1.7 and 1.
