The Contractor, after the execution of this Settlement Contract, shall promptly 18 seek to secure a decree of a court of competent jurisdiction of the State of California, if 19 appropriate, confirming the execution of this Settlement Contract. The Contractor shall furnish 20 the United States a certified copy of the final decree, the validation proceedings, and all pertinent 21 supporting records of the court approving and confirming this Settlement Contract, and 22 decreeing and adjudging it to be lawful, valid, and binding on the Contractor.
