CONFIRMATION OF SETTLEMENT CONTRACT. 20 26. The Contractor, after the execution of this Settlement Contract, shall promptly 21 seek to secure a decree of a court of competent jurisdiction of the State of California, if 22 appropriate, confirming the execution of this Settlement Contract. The Contractor shall furnish 23 the United States a certified copy of the final decree, the validation proceedings, and all pertinent 24 supporting records of the court approving and confirming this Settlement Contract, and 25 decreeing and adjudging it to be lawful, valid, and binding on the Contractor.
