Confirmation of Severance Pay Obligation. The Company shall pay or provide to Executive the amounts set forth in Section 5 of the Agreement as, when and on the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement, including but not limited to continued compliance with Executive’s obligations under Section 6 of the Agreement.
