Confirmation of Status. The parties confirm that the Asset Representations Reviewer is not responsible for (i) reviewing the 2020-B Leases and 2020-B Leased Vehicles for compliance with the representations and warranties under the 2020-B Servicing Supplement, except as otherwise described in this Agreement, or (ii) determining whether noncompliance with the representations or warranties constitutes a breach of the 2020-B Servicing Supplement.
