Common use of Confirmation Order; Plan and Disclosure Statement Clause in Contracts

Confirmation Order; Plan and Disclosure Statement. The Debtors shall use their respective reasonable best efforts to obtain entry of the Confirmation Order. The Company shall provide to each of the Backstop Parties and its counsel a copy of any proposed amendment, modification or change to the Plan or Disclosure Statement (which amendments shall, in each case, be in form and substance acceptable to the Required Supporting Creditors) and a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on such documents. The Company shall provide to each of the Backstop Parties and its counsel a copy of the proposed Confirmation Order and a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on such order prior to such order being filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and such order must be in form and substance acceptable to the Required Supporting Creditors.
