Confirmation Standards. For the Plan to be confirmed and to be binding on all creditors and Interest holders, the Court must determine that the requirements of Bankruptcy Code § 1129(a) have been satisfied, including that at least one Class of Claims that is impaired under the Plan has accepted the Plan.
