CONFIRMED CLAIMS EXPERIENCE. 9.1 The Insurer shall provide CCE to the Contracting Body and / or Broker for the requested period, which is to be confirmed at Call Off.
9.2 The CCE will include as a minimum:
9.2.1 Name and address of insurer;
9.2.2 Name and address of insured;
9.2.3 Policy number;
9.2.4 Renewal date;
9.2.5 Date of last reported claim;
9.2.6 Name and position of Insurer’s representative;
9.2.7 Signature of Insurer’s representative; and
CONFIRMED CLAIMS EXPERIENCE. 9.1 The Broker shall obtain from the Insurer a CCE. This will be provided to the Contracting Body and will form part of the Market Presentation to the Insurer/s.
9.2 The CCE will include as a minimum:
9.2.1 Name and address of Insurer;
9.2.2 Name and address of insured;
9.2.3 Policy number;
9.2.4 Renewal date;
9.2.5 Date of last reported claim;
9.2.6 Name and position of Insurer’s representative;
9.2.7 Signature of Insurer’s representative; and
9.2.8 Date of issue.
9.3.1 Period;
9.3.2 Total number of claims reported (including outstanding claims);
9.3.3 Total claim amounts paid (split between damage, injury) (split required for motor only);
9.3.4 Total claim amounts outstanding (split between damage, injury) (split required for motor only);
9.3.5 Total position as last year;
