Conflict Between Provisions. 20.1 The Appendices attached to the Agreement shall form an integrated part hereof. In case of any ambiguity or conflict between the provisions of this Agreement (excluding the ambiguous or conflicting Appendix) and the provisions of any Appendix (including, without limitation, any MOA), the terms of this Agreement (excluding the ambiguous or conflicting Appendix) shall prevail.
