Common use of Conflict Between Terms Clause in Contracts

Conflict Between Terms. It is further expressly agreed by and between the parties that should there be any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Contractor’s proposed contract terms, scope of work, or any other document provided by the Contractor, this Agreement shall control and nothing in this Agreement shall be considered as an acceptance of any conflicting terms in the Contractor’s proposal.
