Conflict in Loan Documents. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and any other Loan Document, this Agreement and such other Loan Document shall be interpreted and construed, if possible, so as to avoid or minimize such conflict but, to the extent (and only to the extent) of such conflict, this Agreement shall prevail and control.
