Conflict in Procedure. If any part of this arbitration procedure is in conflict with any mandatory requirement of applicable law, the mandatory requirement shall govern, and the procedure set forth above shall be reformed and construed to the maximum extent possible in conformance with the applicable law. The procedure shall remain otherwise unaffected and enforceable.
