Common use of Conflict in Provisions Clause in Contracts

Conflict in Provisions. 3.6.1 If any definitions, terms or conditions in any given Attachment, Exhibit, Schedule or Addenda differ from those contained in the main body of this Agreement, those definitions, terms or conditions will supersede those contained in the main body of this Agreement, but only in regard to the services or activities listed in that particular Attachment, Exhibit, Schedule or Addenda. In particular, if an Attachment contains a Term length that differs from the Term length in the main body of this Agreement, the Term length of that Attachment will control the length of time that services or activities are to occur under that Attachment, but will not affect the Term length of the remainder of this Agreement. 3.6.2 In AT&T CONNECTICUT only, in the event of a conflict between any provision in this Agreement and any provision in the PURA-ordered tariffs covering the services that are the subject of this Agreement with AT&T CONNECTICUT, such PURA-ordered tariffs will prevail.
