Common use of Conflict in Provisions Clause in Contracts

Conflict in Provisions. 2.6.1 If any definitions, terms or conditions in any given Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules or Addenda differ from those contained in the main body of this Agreement, those definitions, terms or conditions will supersede those contained in the main body of this Agreement, but only in regard to the services or activities listed in that particular Appendix, Attachment, Exhibit, Schedule or Addendum. For example, if an Appendix contains a Term length that differs from the Term length in the main body of this Agreement, the Term length of that Appendix will control the length of time that services or activities are to occur under that Appendix, but will not affect the Term length of the remainder of this Agreement.
