Conflict with a Facility Agreement. This Agreement and each of the Facility Agreements is being drafted concurrently and are each intended to cover the respective matters specifically set forth therein. In the case of any express conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of any Facility Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
