Common use of Conflict with Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Twenty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall control.

If any provision of this Fifteenth Twelfth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Twelfth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

If any provision of this Fifteenth Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Twenty-Second Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Second Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Second Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Twenty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Twenty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

If any provision of this Fifteenth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.
