Common use of Conflict with Base Indenture Clause in Contracts

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

If any provision of this Fifteenth Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Nineteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

If any provision of this Fifteenth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Seventeenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.

Conflict with Base Indenture. To the extent not expressly amended or modified by this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture, the Base Indenture shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture relating to the Notes is inconsistent with any provision of the Base Indenture, the provision of this Fifteenth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture shall control.
