Conflict with Charter. If and to the extent that any of the covenants and undertakings given by the Charterer in this Deed may conflict with any of the provisions of the Charter, such covenants and undertakings shall (as between the Mortgagee on the one hand and the Owner and the Charterer on the other hand but not otherwise) prevail over such provisions.
