Common use of Conflict with Constitutional Documents Clause in Contracts

Conflict with Constitutional Documents. If the provisions of this Agreement conflict with the Company’s other constitutional documents, including its Articles of Association or those of any other member of the Group, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail as between the AHG Shareholders and the Company. The AHG Shareholders shall exercise all voting and other rights and powers available to them (if necessary) to ensure that any required amendment is made to the constitutional documents of the Company or any member of the Group to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
