CONFLICT WITH GOVERNING LAWS. This Agreement shall be governed by California Law. If any provision of this agreement, or any part thereof, shall be held to be invalid under any applicable federal, state, municipal, or other law, ruling, or regulation, then such provision shall remain in effect to the extent permitted, and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
