Conflict with Letter of Credit Documents. All documents and instruments executed in connection with the issuance of any Letter of Credit shall be interpreted in a manner to be consistent with, and not in conflict of, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, but in the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any document or instrument executed in connection with the issuance of any Letter of Credit (including any letter of credit application), the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall control.
