Conflict with Other Documents. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Articles then, subject to the provisions of the law of Thailand, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail as between the Shareholders and the Shareholders shall exercise all voting and other rights and powers legally available to them (whether as Shareholders or otherwise) to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement. If there is an irreconcilable conflict between a provision of this Agreement and a mandatory provision of the law of Thailand, the parties shall use best efforts to agree on an alternative mechanism or provision which is as close as reasonably possible to the provisions of this Agreement and the conflicting provision contained in this Agreement shall be invalid (but only to the extent necessary), provided that such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement.
