As permitted under the terms of the applicable Equity Incentive Plan, Original Stock Option Award Documents or Original Award Documents, the Company and the Executive agree that the definitions of Termination for Cause or Termination for Good Reason set forth in this Section 3 shall apply in place of any similar definition or comparable concept applicable under any Equity Incentive Plan, Original Stock Option Award Documents or Original Award Documents.
