Conflict with the Articles. To the extent permitted by law, in the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the Articles, it is intended that the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and accordingly the Shareholders shall exercise all voting and other rights and powers available to them so as to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement and shall further if necessary procure any required amendment to the Articles.
Conflict with the Articles. 21.1 If any provision of this Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of the Articles, then the terms of this Agreement shall prevail and the Shareholders agree to procure the making of any amendment to the Articles at the next general meeting of the Company required in order to make them consistent with the provisions of this Agreement.

Conflict with the Articles. If any provision of this Agreement is inconsistent with a provision of the Articles of the Company, then the terms of this Agreement shall prevail and the member(s) of the Company agree to procure the making of any amendment to the Company's Articles as soon as reasonably practicable which is required in order to make the Articles consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and the Council hereby consents to any such changes to the Company's Articles.

Conflict with the Articles. 31.7.1 In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of this Deed and the Articles, it is intended that the provisions of this Deed shall prevail and accordingly the Shareholders shall, and shall procure that each of their appointed Directors shall, exercise all voting and other rights and powers available to them so as to give effect to the provisions of this Deed and shall further if necessary procure
7.1. Nothing in this Deed shall be deemed to constitute an amendment of the Articles or any previous articles of association of the Company.
31.7.2 For the purposes of the interpretation of the Articles, the Shareholders agree that this Deed constitutes the irrevocable prior consent in writing of the Shareholders where the Articles require such consent to be given.
Conflict with the Articles. 7.1 Insofar as any provision of this Agreement shall conflict with any provisions of the Articles the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
7.2 The Trust shall, whenever necessary, exercise all voting and other rights and powers lawfully available to it as a shareholder of the Club to procure the amendment, waiver or suspension of any relevant provision of the Articles to the extent necessary to permit the Club and its affairs to be administered according to this Agreement so long as any such action is permitted by law.
