Conflict with the Terms and Conditions. 20.1 In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of BITMAIN from time to time, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and the Parties shall comply with and give effect to this Agreement.
