Conflict with Trust Indenture Legislation. Each of the Issuer and the Trustee agrees to comply with all provisions of the Trust Indenture Legislation applicable to or binding upon it in connection with this Indenture and any action to be taken hereunder. If and to the extent that any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with any mandatory requirement of Trust Indenture Legislation, such mandatory requirements shall prevail.
