Conflicting Advice. In case of conflict between directions or advice received by Chase pursuant to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph and advice received by Chase pursuant to subparagraph (b) of this paragraph, Chase shall be entitled to rely on and follow the advice received pursuant to the latter provision alone.
