The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or a contract with employees covered by this Agreement, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement, or any Statute of the Province of British Columbia or Canada. The Employer agrees that before effecting any wage rate other than those set out in this Agreement, it shall first negotiate same with the Union Agent in accordance with the applicable section of this Agreement.
