CONFLICTING AGREEMENT. a) The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with the employees covered by this Agreement, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement or any statute of Canada. Any such agreement will be null and void. The Employer party to this Agreement shall not use another limited company or device to avoid the conditions of this Agreement. All time worked by any person who, at any time works for the Employer, Party hereto, shall be paid on the basis of the conditions set out in this Agreement regardless of who the Employer hereto states employed such person for a portion of the total hours worked by such person.
