CONFLICTING AGREEMENT. The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or a contract with employees covered by this Agreement, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement will be null and void. Management agrees that before effecting any wage rate other than those set out in this Agreement, it shall first discuss same with the Union Agent. No changes shall apply unless coming under the provisions of Articles 13 or 14 of this Agreement.
