Executive agrees that during this employment, Executive will not breach any obligation of confidentiality Executive has to former employers, clients, and others. Executive represents that Executive's performance under the terms of this Agreement, as Executive to the Company, does not and will not breach any agreement to keep in confidence proprietary information acquired by Executive in confidence or in trust. Executive has neither entered into, nor shall enter into, any agreement, either written or oral, in conflict herewith.
