Common use of Conflicting Obligations and Rights Clause in Contracts

Conflicting Obligations and Rights. Executive agrees to inform the Company in writing of any apparent conflict between Executive's work for the Company and (i) any obligations Executive may have to preserve the confidentiality of another's proprietary information or materials, or (ii) any rights Executive claims to any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, or other inventions, ideas or similar rights, before performing that work. Otherwise, the Company may conclude that no such conflict exists and Executive agrees thereafter to make no such claim against the Company. The Company shall receive such disclosures in confidence. All such existing obligations and claims of Executive, if any, as of the date of this Agreement are listed on Exhibit C attached hereto.
