CONFLICTING PARAGRAPHS. In the event any paragraphs of this Loan Agreement shall be determined to be apparently contrary to or conflicting with any other paragraph of this Loan Agreement, then the paragraph containing the more specific provisions shall control and govern with respect to such apparent conflict.
