Conflictof Interest. TheHSPwillusetheFunding,providetheServicesandotherwise fulfil its obligations under this Agreement without an actual, potential or perceived Conflict of Interest. The HSP will disclose to the LHIN without delay any situation that a reasonable person would interpret as an actual, potential or perceived Conflict of Interest and comply with any requirements prescribed by the LHIN to resolve any Conflict of Interest.
