Conflicts; Adverse Agreements Sample Clauses

The "Conflicts; Adverse Agreements" clause establishes that the agreement takes precedence over any conflicting or inconsistent terms in other agreements between the parties. In practice, this means that if there are provisions in prior contracts or side agreements that contradict the terms of the current agreement, the terms of this agreement will govern. This clause ensures clarity and prevents disputes by resolving which terms apply when multiple agreements exist, thereby avoiding confusion and legal uncertainty.
