Conflicts between Transaction Documents. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or ambiguity between the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Purchase Agreement and either the related Trade Confirmation or the related Purchase Confirmation, the terms of the related Purchase Confirmation shall control.
