Conflicts Committee Reports. On a calendar quarter basis, the chief financial officer of Newco shall provide to the Conflicts Committee a report that sets forth the information delivered by GE to Newco pursuant to Section 5.03(a) and the information delivered by Newco to GE pursuant to Section 5.03(b).
