Conflicts In Documents. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency among any of the documents which make up this Contract, the following shall control:
1.4.1 As between figures given on plans and scaled measurements, the figures shall govern;
1.4.2 As between large-scale plans and small-scale plans, the large-scale plans shall govern;
1.4.3 As between plans and specifications, the more stringent requirement shall apply;
1.4.4 As between this document and the plans, specifications, and general requirements, this document shall govern.
Conflicts In Documents. The following order of precedence shall govern the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement and any Service Work Orders authorized under it. The Contract Documents, and subsequent modification(s) by any Amendment(s) The Detailed Statement of Work and all its elements as provided in an authorized SWO The Price Proposal and all its elements as provided in any authorized SWO The Construction Task Catalog® The Task Descriptions given in the CTC The Technical Specification(s) given in the Technical Specifications Document Any remaining documents present in a Service Work Order. The Construction Task Catalog® Modifications last in time are first in precedence, in accordance with the governing order specified above. Resolution of conflicts in other documents comprising an authorized Service Work Order: In case of conflict in matters of quantity between the Drawings and the Technical Specifications, the Drawings will govern. In the case of conflict within the Drawings, the following will govern: Schedules, when identified as such, will govern over all other portions of the Drawings.

Conflicts In Documents. 1.5.1 The following order of precedence shall govern the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement and any Service Work Orders authorized under it.
Conflicts In Documents. County and Contractor agree that if there is any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the other Contract Documents, this Agreement shall control.
Conflicts In Documents. For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a conflict between this Main Agreement , the General Conditions of Contracting and the Service Level Agreement submitted by Service Provider, the order of preference is as indicated below:
22.1 The Main Agreement and then its Annexures will in all matters take preference;
22.2 Secondly, the General Conditions of Contracting will take preference;
22.3 Thirdly, the Service Level Agreement and any other additional Annexures submitted by the Service Provider and attached to this Main Agreement.
Conflicts In Documents. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the Affordable Housing Requirements, this Agreement shall control. Except as otherwise provided or modified by this Agreement or an applicable Deed Restriction, the AH Units shall be constructed, maintained, sold, and leased in accordance with any applicable Affordable Housing Requirements.
Conflicts In Documents. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the Affordable Housing Requirements, this Agreement shall control. In the case of any conflict between the Affordable Housing Requirements and the Plan, the Plan shall control. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the Plan, the Plan shall control.
