The Contract Documents, and subsequent modification(s) by any Amendment(s) The Detailed Statement of Work and all its elements as provided in an authorized SWO The Price Proposal and all its elements as provided in any authorized SWO The Construction Task Catalog® The Task Descriptions given in the CTC The Technical Specification(s) given in the Technical Specifications Document Any remaining documents present in a Service Work Order. The Construction Task Catalog® Modifications last in time are first in precedence, in accordance with the governing order specified above. Resolution of conflicts in other documents comprising an authorized Service Work Order: In case of conflict in matters of quantity between the Drawings and the Technical Specifications, the Drawings will govern. In the case of conflict within the Drawings, the following will govern: Schedules, when identified as such, will govern over all other portions of the Drawings.
