Conflicts; Multiparty Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Loan Agreement and any other Loan Document (other than the Multiparty Agreement with respect to the Tranche A Facility), then the terms of this Loan Agreement shall prevail. THE LENDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS LOAN AGREEMENT RELATED TO THE TRANCHE A FACILITY ARE SUBJECT TO THE MULTIPARTY AGREEMENT. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Loan Agreement and the Multiparty Agreement with respect to the Tranche A Facility, the terms of the Multiparty Agreement shall prevail.
