Common use of Conflicts of Interest Laws Clause in Contracts

Conflicts of Interest Laws. Contractor is subject to all federal, state and local conflict of interest laws, regulations, and policies applicable to public contracts and procurement practices including, but not limited to, California Government Code sections 1090, et. seq. and 8100, et seq., and the Ethics Ordinance, codified in the San Diego Municipal Code (“SDMC”). City may determine that Contractor must complete one or more statements of economic interest disclosing relevant financial interests.

Upon City’s request, Contractor shall submit the necessary documents to City.
